About Synergy Properties
Synergy Properties has developed and refurbished over 85,000m² of industrial and commercial properties and currently has over 40 tenants in its portfolio.
We develop and refurbish a mixture of spec-build and design-build properties ranging in size from a standalone industrial buildings of up to 5,500m² to a bulk retail shopping centre in Botany and a 5 star motor lodge in Rotorua.
Director Martyn Brown is the development manager who is responsible for bringing projects from initial concept to reality, including carrying out feasibility studies, preparing budgets, negotiating contracts and over-seeing and managing the day-to-day construction.
Director and financial controller Greg Kasper is responsible for carrying out financial due diligence on potential tenants, dealing with the company’s lenders and negotiating various lines of funding, preparing forecasts and cash-flows for all of the Synergy entities.
Director and Operations Manager Aaron Brown has been working with the company for the past 10 years. His roles include project management, property management and negotiating and concluding all leasing deals, along with the day to day running of all aspects of Synergy Properties operations.
Director Tony Macpherson is the c0-development manager for the 27 Smales Road project. He has extensive project management experience and is a Director/shareholder of many Synergy entities.
